Mary Jo came to Paulson Press as a part-time employee over thirteen years ago. Now, she is an essential member of the project management team, picking up new customers from the sales team and following them to completion. It’s no wonder that she has remained a part of this team, and she is fondly referred to as the glue that holds the company together and keeps the customers happy.
It is fun to watch Mary Jo hold her own with the other staff members of the company. She effectively juggles multiple projects, seamlessly giving customers the care they need to stay connected to their work and anticipating the needs of the Paulson staff to keep projects running smoothly. She’s a multitasker, running from answering the phone to scheduling proofs, sending out checks to answering questions from staff and customers.
How can Mary Jo keep the Paulson office running so smoothly? She’s had lots of practice, toting her role as Mom to 2 now grown sons as her introduction to successful project management. Juggling her family’s needs and activities taught her a lot about how to keep those around her on task and successful. Mary Jo implements these tactics daily at her vital role at Paulson Press.
When she isn’t chatting with customers or keeping staff on point at Paulson Press, Mary Jo unwinds with a mix of family time, golfing, and even some Candy Crush on her smartphone. Our team, and our customers, here at Paulson Press are lucky to have Mary Jo in the office and on the production floor.
